FAQ's

Can I get a status update on my pre-order? The ETA is listed in the item description of each product. This is updated only as we receive updates from the manufacturer. We have thousands of pre-orders at any time so it's not possible to provide personal updates. Feel free to reach out if the ETA in the item description has passed.
Can I update the address on my order? Please use the contact form below and we will update your address for you. Once an order has been dispatched the address can not be updated. Please note that manually updating the address on your account will affect future orders only and will not update the address on any past/pending orders.
Can you make a custom model of my car? We don't do one off custom work. If you are a corporate partner OR looking at a quantity greater than 100, please get in touch.
Do you buy second hand models? Yes we do buy certain second hand models. We only buy them in person so you must be willing to bring them to our warehouse in Corrimal. They also must be in their original packaging.

We don’t buy the following brands:
  • Hot Wheels
  • Matchbox
  • Models of Yesteryear
  • 1:24 or 1:32 Jada
  • Any plastic model kits
